Job summary

Cleveland-Cliffs Ferrous Processing and Trading, a leader in steel production, seeks a CDL A Driver for our Cleveland, OH location. You will transport steel and scrap according to DOT regulations, maintaining logs and receipts while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required.
• Pre-Employment background, physical, and hair drug screen required.
• Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check performed.

Responsibilities

• Completes daily field service activities, including preparing receipts, truck logs, and maintenance records.
• Operates vehicle in accordance with OSHA and DOT requirements and company expectations; maintains a clean, safe vehicle.
• Performs all duties as scheduled by Route Manager or Dispatch.
