Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Class A CDL and the ability to pass DOT safety rules.
• DOT medical certificate required per MVR.
• 6+ months CDL A experience; 2+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely maneuver tractor-trailers at docks for loading/unloading.
• Communicate with supervisor/plant staff and follow safety regulations.
• Complete required paperwork (bills of lading) and maintain equipment cleanliness.
• Perform pre/post trip inspections and follow ELD hours-of-service rules.
• Travel between RMI Paw Paw, MI and customer locations; weekends/emergencies may be required.
