McLane is seeking a CDL-A Delivery Driver to move goods for major brands across the United States. You will inspect vehicles, maintain logs, and deliver products to customer premises, ensuring safety and compliance with DOT regulations.

The role offers a pay range of $75K–$85K per year with day-one medical, dental, vision, and other benefits, plus 401(k) contributions and additional programs aimed at supporting employees and families.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Hold a valid CDL-A license.
• At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Meet McLane’s MVR and risk rating qualifications.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at a functional level.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect tractor-trailer for defects and submit DOT inspection report.
• Review Bill of Lading and store keys for accuracy during off-hours deliveries.
• Drive tractor-trailer to destinations per regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain driver logs in DOT-compliant systems.
• Unload products into customer premises.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What you’ll do as a CDL-A Delivery Driver:

• Inspect tractor-trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection report indicating condition.
• Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy in off-hour delivery.
• Drive tractor-trailer to destination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skill in maneuvering vehicle on the road and on customer premises.
• Maintain driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) according to DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures and exceptions.
• Unload trailer, delivering product into customer premises.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications you’ll bring as a CDL-A Teammate:

• At least 21 years of age
• Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A)
• At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience
• Must meet McLane’s MVR and risk rating qualifications
• This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
