Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. in Boise, ID is seeking a CDL-A Delivery Driver to move and deliver products to customers, with strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards. You will inspect equipment, manage documentation, and complete deliveries efficiently.

The role offers substantial earnings up to $110,000 annually, plus a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 and comprehensive benefits from day one. This is a carrier-facing position with solid growth within a long-standing logistics leader.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Must meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely.

Responsibilities

• Inspect tractor-trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection report indicating condition.
• Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy in off-hour delivery.
• Drive tractor-trailer to destination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skill in maneuvering vehicle on the road and on customer premises.
• Maintain driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) according to DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures and exceptions.
• Unload trailer, delivering product into customer premises.
• Other duties as assigned.
