Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Delivery Merchandiser Relief to join our Direct Store Delivery team. The role delivers and unloads products, stocks displays, and maintains merchandise at customer locations on designated routes.

Requires CDL-A, ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and a strong focus on safety and customer service. Willingness to work weekends/holidays and travel within designated areas. Competitive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Knowledge gained through up to 12 months of work experience.
• Valid driver’s license for your state of residency with clean driving history.
• Commercial Driver’s License (Class A CDL).
• Ability to pass and maintain DOT physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and unload products and stock, fill, merchandize, and rotate product at customer locations on designated routes.
• Organize customer stock room and maintain neat appearance of equipment and products.
• Provide superior customer service and communicate issues to management.
• Safely operate CDL A vehicles, electric pallet jacks, and hand trucks; comply with FMCSA guidelines.
• Complete end-of-day procedures including inventory and cash/paperwork accountability.
