Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Delivery Merchandiser Relief to join our Direct Store Delivery team in Virginia. You will deliver and unload products, stock displays, and rotate items at customer locations on designated routes, ensuring your accounts are well stocked and presentable.

The role requires driving a CDL Class A vehicle, a valid license, the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and reliable, safety‑conscious work habits. Weekend/holiday work may be required.

Qualifications

• Delivery/merchandising experience with a focus on accuracy and service.
• Ability to operate equipment safely and follow DOT/FMCSA rules.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and work weekends/holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and unload products and stock displays at customer locations on designated routes.
• Organize stock rooms and ensure neat appearance of equipment and products.
• Provide superior customer service and build relationships with account personnel.
• Operate equipment safely and comply with DOT Hours of Service guidelines.
• Complete end-of-day accounting and report any equipment issues to management.
