Performance Food Group is seeking an entry-level Driver Trainee for their PFS NATCO operation in Reserve, LA. The role trains on tractor trailer or straight truck routes, with early morning starts and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Responsibilities include learning the delivery process, performing safety inspections, and ensuring accurate paperwork. CDL A, 21+, and DOT health card required; extensive training provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Valid CDL A is required to be eligible for the role.
• MVR check and post-offer drug test required.
• DOT health card must be valid for employment.
• Must be 21 years of age and able to meet licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Attend and complete PFG Entry Level Driver Trainee training program.
• Ride with driver trainer and assist deliveries as directed.
• Perform pre/post-trip safety inspections and report issues.
• Drive to deliver customer orders per route schedule and secure loads.
