Cheney Brothers, Inc. is seeking a CDL-A Driver to join our team. This role is home daily with a schedule of Monday through Friday and every other Saturday; dispatch times vary.

Average annual pay is $88,000. We offer comprehensive benefits from Day 1, along with growth opportunities and a safe, inclusive work environment. You will drive tractor/trailer on intrastate and interstate routes, delivering food and related products to customers in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• 12+ months commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL-A.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Meet all State licensing and/or certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Communicates and interacts with customers and co-workers professionally.
• Performs safety checks (pre/post trip) and inspects tractor/trailer to DOT standards.
• Follows DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Delivers customer orders on the scheduled route and verifies delivery with customers.
