Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Must meet McLane’s MVR and risk rating qualifications.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at job level.

Responsibilities

• Inspect tractor-trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection report.
• Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy.
• Drive tractor-trailer to destination per regulations and customer premises.
• Maintain driver log per DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt and temps.
• Unload trailer and deliver product to customer premises.
• Other duties as assigned.
