Performance Foodservice is seeking a delivery driver to support America’s food distribution system from Rock Island, IL. You will drive a tractor trailer or straight truck on intrastate and interstate routes, delivering orders on a safe, timely schedule and acting as the company face to customers.

Responsibilities include performing safety checks, loading/unloading, verifying invoices, and maintaining accurate paperwork while complying with DOT regulations.

Qualificações

• 12+ months commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL A license.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3 years.
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Pass road test.
• Meet state licensing/certification requirements.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Valid DOT Health Card.
• Able to lift and move product cases up to 90 lbs throughout shift.

Responsabilidades

• Communicates with customers, vendors and coworkers professionally and timely.
• Drives tractor trailer or straight truck on local and over-the-road routes.
• Performs pre/post trip safety inspections per DOT guidelines.
• Unloads products at customer locations and secures freight.
• Records hours of service and completes required paperwork.
• Adheres to DOT regulations and company safety policies.
