Domino's Pizza is seeking a CDL A Delivery Driver to join our team in Washington. As a Commercial Truck Driver you will deliver to Domino’s stores on established routes, unload product, and provide excellent service.

This role requires a valid CDL A with Air Brakes, 6 months to 1 year verifiable CDL-A experience, and the ability to pass DOT physical and background checks. Overnight stays may be required. Pay includes hourly rates $37-$39, bonuses, and a join & stay bonus.

Qualifications

• CDL A with Air Brakes required.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year verifiable CDL-A driving experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• DOT Medical Certificate.
• Clean MVR and ability to pass DOT physical & background check.
• Comfortable with touch freight and refrigerated environments.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and 100 lbs. occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product to Domino’s Pizza store locations on established routes.
• Unload stop-loaded product at each store and provide exceptional customer service.
• Shuttle trailers to/from partner companies or position trailers at dock doors as needed.
• Work in teams or as a single driver; some overnight stays may be necessary.

The Domino's Commercial Truck Driver safely drives company commercial vehicle over or on established route(s) to deliver product to Domino’s Pizza store locations. The Class A Commercial Driver will unload stop-loaded product at each store location, provide exceptional customer service to stores, pick up empty tray container/ carts, and deliver back to Domino’s Supply Chain Center.

Drivers may run routes as part of a team or as a single driver. Some overnight stays may be necessary.

On occasion, the Commercial Truck Driver may be asked to shuttle trailers to and from partner companies or position trailers at dock doors. All Domino’s team members ensure that all tasks performed are done in a safe manner, including wearing proper PPE.

Class A Commercial Truck Drivers uphold the highest standards of professionalism as a representative of Domino's and play a critical role in the company's supply chain operations.

To qualify for the CDL A Driver position, you MUST have a CDL A license and MINIMUM 6 months of verifiable Commercial Motor Vehicle Experience.

Pay breakdown

• Downtime rate per hr $20.00*
• Team driver per pound $0.0139*

*rates quoted incorporate expected overtime

Please note that your Mileage and Weight Rates as set forth above have been set to incorporate anticipated hours worked in excess of forty hours per week. In other words, Domino’s has increased what these rates would otherwise have been (a base rate of pay) to reasonably approximate any overtime (at 1.5 x base rate) and combine the base rate and anticipated overtime to establish the Mileage Rate and Weight Rate set forth in your offer letter.

• $37- $39/ hour, based on number of years of verifiable driving experience
• Sleeper Berth Pay (per hour): 50% of hourly rate
• Call-in Pay (per occurrence) - $150 - $250
• Safety Bonus – $2,000 annually
• Company Bonus – 2% of annualized hourly rate
• Join & Stay Bonus - $10,000

Various shifts, drivers dispatch out from 1:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.

• Work in extreme temperatures [0-38 degrees] or heat [80+ degrees], and environment with exposure to loud machinery
• Ability to work well on a team but can be self-motivated and independent at times
• Must be available to work during a shift which may be scheduled anytime during a 24-hour day, over any 7-day period, including weekends and holidays
• Must be able to work around yeast and flour

Preferred (Not Required):

• Chaining experience
• Experience driving in winter and adverse weather conditions
