Job summary

Gordon Food Service is hiring a Delivery Driver – CDL A to service customers across the Massachusetts region. This role operates Monday through Friday starting at 5 AM and continues until the route is finished, with no weekend driving and home daily.

Base pay plus per-mile, per-stop and per-case incentives, with an average annual earnings of $95K+. Benefits include day-one coverage, weekly pay, wellness reimbursement, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• Class A CDL License.
• Operate a two-wheel cart with loads up to 350 lbs.
• Lift up to 100 lbs throughout shift.
• Read, write, and communicate in English.
• Successfully pass a drug test and background check.
• Clean driving record as required by DOT and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers while delivering food products essential to restaurants, schools, hospitals, universities, and more.
• Unload cases up to 100 lbs using ramp and two-wheeler throughout shift.
