Job summary

Gordon Food Service is hiring a CDL A Delivery Driver in Kenosha, WI. You will build relationships with customers while delivering food products to restaurants, schools, hospitals, and more. Local routes mean you are home every day, with start times between 3–5 AM on weekdays.

You will unload cases up to 100 lbs, use a ramp and two-wheeler, and participate in a payroll with daily base pay and miles/stop/case-based bonuses. Company benefits start day one and weekly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL A license at hire.
• Ability to unload and lift cases up to 100 lbs.
• Must communicate in English and read/write basic instructions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food products to customers on local routes.
• Unload cases up to 100 lbs using ramp and two-wheeler.
• Ensure safe and on-time deliveries while following DOT requirements.

CDL A Delivery Driver

Location: Kenosha, WI

Do you have a passion for driving? Are you looking for more home time? Picture yourself as a delivery driver with Gordon Food Service! In this position, you will build relationships with customers while delivering food products essential to restaurants, schools, hospitals, universities, and more. Day shifts and local routes mean you’ll be home every day. You’ll be required to unload cases up to 100 lbs, and you’ll be using a ramp and two‑wheeler throughout your shift. Schedule: Start time between 3‑5 AM, Monday‑Friday

Pay: Drivers average $80‑90K / year

• Daily base pay, plus component pay
• Paid for every mile driven, stop made, and case delivered

Does this look like you?

• At least 21 years of age
• Class A CDL license at hire
• Ability to operate a two‑wheel cart with loads of up to 350 pounds
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs throughout the shift
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
• Successfully pass a drug test that will assess drug usage (including marijuana) and a background check
• Clean driving record as required by DOT and Gordon Food Service standards
• You must be registered through the Department of Transportation Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse and provide electronic consent in order to be considered for employment with us effective January 6th, 2020.
