McLane Pacific is seeking experienced CDL-A Delivery Drivers for the Merced Retail Division. Earn $65,000-$152,000 annually with Day 1 benefits, competitive pay, and routes designed to keep America's businesses moving.

Regional and traveling opportunities available with a mix of 2-day and 3-day routes. As a CDL-A Delivery Driver, you will safely deliver essential products to customers across regional or travel routes, inspect vehicles, manage logs, and support multiple locations.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A).
• At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Must meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English sufficiently to perform job tasks safely.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products safely to customers across regional or travel routes.
• Inspect tractor-trailer for defects and submit DOT reports.
• Inspect bills of lading and store keys for accuracy.
• Drive to destination following regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain driver logs per DOT regulations and document deliveries.
• Unload trailer and deliver product accurately to locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What you'll do as a CDL-A Delivery Driver:

• As a McLane CDL-A Delivery Driver, you'll safely deliver products that keep America's restaurants, retailers, and convenience stores stocked and running every day. Regional drivers serve customers across assigned markets, while traveling drivers support multiple locations and gain exposure to different routes, teams, and operations.
• Inspect tractor-trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection report indicating condition.
• Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy in off-hour delivery.
• Drive tractor-trailer to destination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skill in maneuvering vehicle on the road and on customer premises.
• Maintain driver log according to DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures, and exceptions.
• Unload trailer and deliver product safely and accurately to customer locations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications you'll bring as a CDL-A Teammate:

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A).
• At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Must meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications.
• This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role.
