Job summary

Gordon Food Service is seeking a CDL A Delivery Driver to serve restaurants, schools, hospitals and more. You will make local deliveries, build customer relationships and be home every day with day shifts starting early.

Newly licensed drivers are encouraged to apply. Expect unloading duties up to 100 lbs and safety-focused operations in a reliable, community‑minded team.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• Class A CDL license.
• Ability to operate a two-wheel cart with loads up to 350 pounds.
• Successfully pass a drug test and a background check.
• Clean driving record as required by DOT and Gordon Food Service standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food products to customers and build relationships with them.
• Unload cases up to 100 lbs using a ramp and two-wheeler.
• Maintain safety and efficiency on day-local routes.

CDL A Delivery Driver

Location: 3599 State Route 45 S. Mayfield, KY

Do you have a passion for driving? Are you looking for more home time? Picture yourself as a delivery driver with Gordon Food Service! In this position, you will be building relationships with customers while delivering food products essential to restaurants, schools, hospitals, universities, and more. Day shifts and local routes mean you will be home every day. You will be required to unload cases up to 100 lbs, and you will be using a ramp and two-wheeler throughout your shift. Schedule: Monday-Friday. Start time 3 AM-5 AM until route finish

Pay: Drivers average $70,000K - $80,000K /year Guaranteed minimum of $1100 /week Daily base pay, plus component pay Paid for every mile driven, stop made, and case delivered
