Gordon Food Service is seeking a Regional CDL A Delivery Driver in Shepherdsville, KY. You will deliver food products to regional chain restaurants, build strong customer relationships, and handle unloading with a two-wheel cart. Night shifts and regional routes mean you’ll be home most nights with occasional overnights.

Qualificações

• At least 21 years of age.
• Class A CDL License at hire or within 90 days of start date.
• Ability to operate a two-wheel cart with loads up to 350 pounds.
• Successfully pass a drug test and background check.
• Clean driving record as required by DOT and Gordon Food Service.

Responsabilidades

Regional CDL A Delivery Driver Location: 342 Gordon Food Industrial Ave. Shepherdsville, KY 40165 Do you have a passion for driving and customer service? Picture yourself as a delivery driver with Gordon Food Service! In this position, you will be building relationships with customers while delivering food products essential to regional chain restaurants. Night shifts and regional routes mean you’ll be home most nights, with 1 or 2 overnights required each week. You’ll be required to unload cases up to 100 lbs, and you’ll be using a ramp and two-wheeler throughout your shift. Feel safe and secure at a company that values and respects you. Pay:

Drivers average $70,000 - $80,000/year

Guaranteed minimum of $1250/week

Daily base pay, plus component bay Paid for every mile driven, stop made, and case delivered

Schedule:

• 4-day work week with potential overnights Sunday-Friday. 7pm - Midnight (Start times will vary)
• One and two-day routes Overnights are spent in a hotel paid for by GFS
• These positions will run 4-5 days depending on work volume

• Successfully pass a drug test that will assess drug usage (including marijuana) and a background check
• Clean driving record; as required by DOT and Gordon Food Service standards
• You must be registered through the Department of Transportation Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse and provide electronic consent in order to be considered for employment with us effective January 6th, 2020.
