Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.

• Availability Mon-Fri starting at 7:15 AM; end time 1:00–5:00 PM depending on route.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicle safely and in compliance with traffic laws.
• Deliver pre-sold products to customer accounts accurately and efficiently.
• Rotate stock and store products properly in dry and refrigerated areas.
• Ensure pallets are secure and stable for transport.
• Collect empty containers and returns as required by the supplier.
• Return dunnage, pallets, and load bars to the warehouse.
• Maintain courteous, professional attitude with customers and teammates.
• Complete the DVIR for vehicle maintenance or repair needs.

Job Schedule:

Monday - Friday 7:15am - 1:00pm - 5:00pm; depending on route and daily workload

Pay Range:

$29.00 - $35.50/hr; $29.00/hr start

Objective:

Class A Drivers are responsible for safely operating our single tractor trailers —all equipped with automatic transmissions. Each route is supported by a Delivery Helper to assist with unloading and navigation. This position plays a key role in maintaining safe, efficient, and professional delivery service while upholding product quality standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicle safely and in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
• Deliver pre-sold products accurately and efficiently to customer accounts.
• Rotate stock and place products appropriately in dry and refrigerated storage areas.
• Ensure all pallets loaded onto the truck are secure and stable for transport.
• Collect empty containers and returns as required by the supplier.
• Load and return dunnage, pallets, and load bars to the warehouse to be returned to the supplier.
• Maintain a courteous, professional, and respectful attitude toward customers and team members.
• Complete the Daily Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR) to report any maintenance or repair needs.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age. This is a legal requirement to transport alcohol.
• 1 year of experience operating tractor-trailers, preferred.
• Strong safety-oriented mindset and adherence to safe driving practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday starting at 7:15 AM; end times may vary between 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM depending on route and delivery volume.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Work is performed both indoors and outdoors, often in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat or cold.
• Must be able to stoop, bend, lift, and twist regularly.
• Must be able to lift approximately 55 lbs (e.g., two cases of beer).
• Must be able to operate a two-handed hand truck on inclines and stairs.
• Requires frequent walking up and down stairs and inclines.
• Must have sufficient vision and hearing to perform job duties safely and effectively.
