Job summary

Schneider National is seeking drivers for dedicated routes in the Southeast. You will haul parts in liftgate trailers, with 100% hand unloads using pallet jacks and required night driving to service customers across AL, FL, GA, NC, SC and TN.

The role offers mileage and hourly pay on duty, a weekly guarantee, sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan. Experience and endorsements are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Night driving is required for this account.
• Doubles/Triples endorsement required at time of hire.
• Live within 50 miles of Buford, GA.
• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.

Overview

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,200 in weekly guarantee pay.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
