Job summary

Schneider National in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Class A CDL driver for Schneider Dedicated routes across GA, NC, SC and TN. This role involves haul parts in liftgate trailers, hand unloads with pallet jack, and drop-and-hook freight, with night driving as required.

Earn competitive pay with mileage plus on-duty hourly pay, a weekly guarantee of $1,175, a $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 months, paid orientation, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,175 in weekly guarantee pay.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
