Job summary

Lidl VA is seeking Company Drivers to haul freight from Fredericksburg, VA to locations in Virginia and Maryland. Expect daily home time options, weekly home time, and access to a comprehensive benefits package.

Drivers are rewarded with an availability incentive, periodic bonuses, and a modern set of equipment including a 24" SmartTV and new trucks. You will be responsible for loading/unloading with an electric pallet jack, using E-Logs, PrePass, and Hirschbach App for payroll and messaging.

Qualifications

• This role requires the candidate to be ready for five or six days of dispatch.
• The driver will use an electric pallet jack to load and unload freight.
• Per diem and incentive pay structures are described in the pay section.

Responsibilities

• Operate a tractor-trailer to transport freight between designated locations.
• Load and unload using an electric pallet jack.
• Utilize planned dispatch and PrePass for efficient routing.

Extra $100/week = $1,450-$1,620 availability incentive pay

Availability Incentive Pay is subject to restrictions and inclusive of any per diem pay. Must be available for five or sixdays ofdispatch

Pay Information

Per Diem Reimbursement:$0.15 CPM, for an average of $59 per day of non-taxable income. Included in the rate of pay below.Base Pay:
