Job summary

Lidl VA is seeking company drivers to run loads from Fredericksburg, VA, to Virginia and Maryland. You’ll earn an availability incentive weekly, with per diem and premium pay opportunities.

The role includes modern equipment, smart TVs, and comprehensive benefits; home time varies by location, with options for daily, weekly, and monthly schedules. As a driver you will use an electric pallet jack for loading/unloading and participate in a robust rewards program including safety bonuses and 401K

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required or in possession.
• OTR experience preferred.
• Commitment to safety and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• The driver will load and unload with an electric pallet jack.
• Pre-planned dispatch and Direct Deposit payroll processes.
• Occasional maintenance and checks as part of daily route.

Pay Information

Per Diem Reimbursement:$0.15 CPM, for an average of $59 per day of non-taxable income. Included in the rate of pay below.Base Pay:
