Job summary

Lidl VA is seeking company drivers to operate loads mainly within VA/MD corridors. Drivers can earn an extra $100/week as availability incentive pay and may enjoy five or six dispatch days with home-time options.

The role includes a pet policy, monthly safety and performance bonuses, and a broad benefits package, including 401K matching and health coverage. Equipment features and tools include a modern fleet with PrePass, E-Logs, and the Hirschbach app for payroll and communications.

This fleet's drivers primarily run loads from Fredericksburg, VA, to locations in Virginia and Maryland.

Company Drivers enjoy the following:

Extra $100/week = $1,450-$1,620 availability incentive pay

Availability Incentive Pay is subject to restrictions and inclusive of any per diem pay. Must be available for five or sixdays ofdispatch

Pay Information

Per Diem Reimbursement:$0.15 CPM, for an average of $59 per day of non-taxable income. Included in the rate of pay below.Base Pay:
