Job summary

Lidl VA is seeking drivers to haul freight primarily from Fredericksburg, VA to Virginia and Maryland. You can earn an availability incentive of $1,450–$1,620 weekly, with per diem reimbursements of $0.15 CPM averaging about $59 daily, plus a Monthly Safety and Performance Bonus.

Equipment includes newer models with features like large-capacity refrigerators and 24" SmartTVs. Home time varies by location, with options for daily or weekly schedules and a pet policy.

Responsibilities

• Drive loads between Fredericksburg, VA and locations in Virginia and Maryland.
• Load and unload with an electric pallet jack.
• Scan paperwork, access payroll information, and receive mobile messages from your phone.
• Follow pre-planned dispatch and electronic logging guidelines.
