Job summary

MW Smithfield, as part of Hirschbach, is seeking Company drivers for our national fleet. You’ll operate newer model equipment and receive an availability incentive pay of $1,450 per week. The longer you’re with us, the more you’ll earn as tenure increases to $1,475–$1,650 per year.

In addition, enjoy a Monthly Safety and Performance Incentive Bonus, a robust benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision), and a 401K with company match. Vacation Pay after one year and other perks accompany this role.

• Extra $100/week = $1,450 availability incentive pay
• Availability Incentive Pay is subject to restrictions and inclusive of any per diem pay. Must be available forsix days ofdispatch

• 2 Years Tenure - $1,500
• 3 Years Tenure - $1,550
• 4 Years Tenure - $1,600
• 5 Years Tenure - $1,650
