MW Smithfield is seeking Company Drivers to join the Hirschbach fleet. You’ll benefit from weekly home time, newer equipment, and an availability incentive plan that adds per week to your earnings.

Company Drivers enjoy the following:

• Extra $100/week = $1,450 availability incentive pay
• Availability Incentive Pay is subject to restrictions and inclusive of any per diem pay. Must be available forsix days ofdispatch

• 1 Year Tenure - $1,475
• 2 Years Tenure - $1,500
• 3 Years Tenure - $1,550
• 4 Years Tenure - $1,600
• 5 Years Tenure - $1,650
