Job summary

Hirschbach is hiring Company Drivers who can take advantage of weekly availability incentive pay and a comprehensive benefits package. The program rewards longer tenure with increasing per-mile rates and special bonuses, plus modern equipment and convenient tools.

You’ll drive newer model trucks, work with Direct Deposit, E-Logs, PrePass, Hirschbach App, and benefit from vacation pay, 401K with company match, and life/health insurance options after a year.

Company Drivers enjoy the following:

• Extra $100/week = $1,450 availability incentive pay
• Availability Incentive Pay is subject to restrictions and inclusive of any per diem pay. Must be available forsix days ofdispatch

• 2 Years Tenure - $1,500
• 3 Years Tenure - $1,550
• 4 Years Tenure - $1,600
