MW Smithfield is seeking Company Drivers to join our team. You will have access to an availability incentive pay of $1,450 per week, with annual increases based on tenure and a robust benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan.

• Availability Incentive Pay is subject to restrictions and inclusive of any per diem pay. Must be available forsix days ofdispatch

• 2 Years Tenure - $1,500
• 3 Years Tenure - $1,550
• 4 Years Tenure - $1,600
• 5 Years Tenure - $1,650
