Job summary

Averitt Express is seeking a full-time CDL-A Dedicated Truck Driver to handle assigned routes across the continental U.S. You’ll know your routes, customers, and typical shipments, with predictable home time and steady miles.

Expect weekly pay around $1,871, about $97,292 annually, 2,800 miles per week, and benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and a company-sponsored retirement plan. Must be 21+, CDL-A, and commit to 2–3 weeks out.

Qualifications

• Must live within a 100-mile radius.
• Minimum of 1-year verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the past 3 years.
• Must have a Class A CDL.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• No convictions for reckless driving within the past 5 years.
• No convictions for DUI or DWI within the past 5 years.
• No suspensions or revocations for a moving violation within the past 5 years.
• No serious violations within the previous 12 months (15 mph or greater, following too closely, improper passing, traffic offense in a CMV).
• No more than 3 moving violations within the past 3 years.
• No preventable DOT recordable accidents within the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Transport portable storage units to storage centers or hub facilities.
• Secure and strap down containers and storage units.
• Destination site personnel will unload and reload portable storage.
• Pick up and deliver across the 48 contiguous states (no NYC deliveries).
• May not deliver in all states but will travel through.
