Job summary

Averitt is seeking a full-time Dedicated CDL-A Truck Driver to run consistent miles with reliable pay and predictable home time. Drivers will transport portable storage units, secure loads, and make pickups/deliveries across the 48 contiguous states (excluding NYC).

Expect 2,800 miles weekly and pay supplemented by per diem and bonuses. Benefits include PTO, holidays, health insurance, rider policy, profit sharing, referral rewards, and opportunities for growth within Averitt.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL.
• At least 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the past 3 years.
• Age 21 or older.
• No DUI/DWI in the past 5 years.
• No major moving violations in the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Transport portable storage units to storage centers or hub facilities.
• Secure and strap down containers and storage units.
• Destination site personnel will unload and reload portable storage.
• Pickup and deliver across the 48 contiguous states (no NYC deliveries).
• Travel through multiple states; dispatch based on freight availability.
