Averitt Express is seeking a full-time Dedicated CDL-A Truck Driver to join our team. You will enjoy consistent miles, reliable pay and predictable home time with routes you’ll know in advance.

Expect to run a dedicated schedule across the continental US, with 70 hours in 8 days, and a benefits package including health coverage and paid time off. This role emphasizes safety, reliability and steady growth opportunities within Averitt.

Qualifications

• Must live within a 100-mile radius.
• Minimum of 1-year verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the past 3 years.
• Must have a Class A CDL.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• No convictions for reckless driving within the past 5 years.
• No convictions for DUI or DWI within the past 5 years.
• No suspensions or revocations for a moving violation within the past 5 years.
• No serious violations within the previous 12 months (15 mph or greater, following too closely, improper passing, traffic offense in a CMV with fatality).
• No more than 3 moving violations within the past 3 years.
• No preventable DOT recordable accidents within the past 3 years

Responsibilities

• Transport portable storage units to storage centers or hub facilities.
• Secure and strap down containers and storage units.
• Destination site personnel will unload and reload portable storage.
• Pick up and deliver across the 48 contiguous states (no NYC deliveries).
• May not deliver in all states but will travel through.
