Job summary

Averitt Express is seeking a full-time Dedicated CDL-A Truck Driver to provide reliable, predictable routes across the continental U.S. You will handle securement of loads and deliver portable storage units to storage centers and hubs, with clear visibility into routes and shipments.

Qualifications

• Must live within a 100-mile radius.
• Minimum of 1-year verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the past 3 years.
• Must have a Class A CDL.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• No convictions for reckless driving or DUI/DWI in specified periods.

Responsibilities

• Transport portable storage units to storage centers or hub facilities.
• Secure and strap down containers and storage units.
• Destination site personnel will unload and reload portable storage.
• Pick up and deliver across the 48 contiguous states.
• Count freight and complete delivery receipts.
