Averitt Express is seeking regional CDL-A truck drivers to join a team that values home time and earning potential. Expect a typical 5-day schedule with weekly home time and a weekly average pay around $1,550, paid by practical miles with multiple supplemental pays.

We offer modern tractors, 100% no-touch freight, and strong driver support. Home time is prioritized, with routes mainly covering the South and Midwest and generous benefits after 30 days."

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CDL-A license and Hazmat endorsement (within 90 days of hire).
• At least 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years.
• Age 21+ and clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years.

Responsabilités

• Open and close trailers and hook/unhook trailers as required.
• Load/unload freight and conduct accurate freight counts and fuel tickets.
• Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure safety and compliance.
• Drive for extended periods while maintaining regular, reliable attendance.
