Schneider National, Inc. is seeking a dedicated truck driver to haul sporting goods with dry van trailers.

Expect 100% no-touch freight, weekly home time, and routes across AZ and neighboring states with 5–10 loads weekly and 1–3 stops per load. Compensation includes mileage pay plus hourly pay when on duty, with a weekly guarantee of at least $1,000 during the first 90 days, plus sign-on bonuses, orientation pay, PTO after 6 months and holiday pay.

Overview

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.

• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first 90 days at Schneider.

• Weekly performance pay.

• $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.

• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.

• Paid orientation.

• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.

• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
