Schneider National in Colorado is seeking professional CDL drivers for dedicated regional runs. You will haul store merchandise in dry van trailers and handle freight with gravity rollers, performing back maneuvers and slow-speed parking as needed.

• 2 loads per week with 2‑4 stop‑offs per load.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $10,000 sign‑on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $7,500 sign‑on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
