Job summary

Schneider National is seeking drivers to haul home improvement supplies in dry van trailers across multi-state routes. The role features 100% no-touch freight with very high drop-and-hook rates, and roughly 10 loads per week.

You’ll operate in AR, CO, IA, KS, MO and NE with reliable home time and strong pay potential. Eligible drivers can expect mileage and load pay plus hourly pay on on-duty time, plus a $1,000 guaranteed weekly payout during the first 90 days, annual bonuses, and sign-on

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• HazMat endorsement required within 90 days of hire.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.

• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $2,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.

• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• HazMat endorsement required within 90 days of hire — Schneider’s self-paced online certification training will help you secure it.
• Live within 50 miles of Oakley, KS.
