Job summary

Schneider National is hiring for a dedicated driver role based near Denver, CO. You will haul merchandise in dry van trailers and hand unload freight using gravity rollers. Expect slow-speed maneuvers and complex backings, with about two loads weekly and 2–4 stops per load.

Pay and bonus potential

• $10,000 sign‑on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $7,500 sign‑on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
