Job summary

Schneider Dedicated driving offers a role hauling ATVs, golf carts and other recreation vehicles in specialized dry van trailers. You will drive vehicles off the trailer and complete 3-4 loads per week with 4 stop-offs per load across AR, CO, KS, LA, NM, OK and TX.

The position pays about $1,250–$1,380 weekly with weekly home time, sign-on bonuses, orientation pay and a strong benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance along with a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Cannot have a fear of heights.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Will need to attend flatbed training.
• Live within 60 miles of Dallas, TX.

Overview

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first 90 days at Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $3,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $1,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
