Job summary

Schneider National is seeking drivers for its Team Dedicated fleet in California. You will haul sporting goods to and from retail stores with dry van trailers, with 100% no-touch freight and 90% drop-and-hook operations.

Work typically 2-5 loads per week with 1-3 stop-offs per load, driving within the Western 11 states. You can bring your dog or cat under the Team Pet Policy.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Live within 50 miles of French Camp, CA.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
