Job summary

Schneider National is seeking experienced truck drivers for dedicated hauling of sporting goods in the Western United States. You will operate dry van trailers with mostly no-touch freight and some drop-and-hook loads, performing careful back maneuvers and staying within the Western states.

Night shifts are required on this account. Benefits include competitive weekly pay, orientation, and opportunities for a signing bonus.

Overview

• Haul sporting goods to and from retail stores with dry van trailers.
• 100% no-touch and 50% drop-and-hook freight.
• Regularly perform slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs.
• 2-5 loads per week with 1-3 stop-offs per load.
• Drive within the Western 11 states.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $3,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

• Drivers on this account are required to drive at night.
• Live within 50 miles of French Camp, CA.
