Job summary

Schneider National is seeking a dedicated Class A CDL driver for dedicated routes serving Costco stores. This role involves night driving, no-touch freight, and regular back-and-forth maneuvers within the MD, PA, and VA corridor.

You’ll earn mileage pay plus hourly pay when on duty, with guaranteed weekly earning potential during onboarding. Comprehensive benefits include insurance, a 401(k) match, paid orientation, and a generous sign-on bonus program.

Job description

Overview

• Hauling reefer and dry van freight to Costco stores.
• 100% no-touch and 90% drop-and hook freight.
• Regularly perform slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs.
• 5-8 loads per week.
• Drive within MD, PA and VA.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Drivers on this account are required to drive at night.
• Live within 50 miles of Noblestown, PA.
