Schneider National seeks a CDL holder for dedicated driving routes serving Costco stores, hauling reefer and dry van freight. Expect 100% no-touch and 90% drop-and-hook freight with 5–8 loads per week, primarily in MD, PA and VA.

Night driving is required, and candidates should live within 75 miles of Frederick, MD. Schneider offers a comprehensive package: mileage pay plus hourly on-duty pay, a $1,000+ weekly guarantee during your first 90 days, paid orientation, PTO after 6 months, and bonus

Job description

Overview

• Hauling reefer and dry van freight to Costco stores.
• 100% no-touch and 90% drop-and hook freight.
• Regularly perform slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs.
• 5-8 loads per week.
• Drive within MD, PA and VA.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
