Job summary

Schneider National in Westminster, MD is seeking dedicated Class A CDL drivers for regional Schneider Dedicated routes to Costco stores within the Northeast. You’ll haul reefer and dry van freight with 100% no-touch, 95% drop-and-hook, 5-6 loads per week, and drive within the Northeast.

Compensation includes mileage pay plus hourly on-duty pay, weekly performance pay, sign-on bonuses, paid orientation, PTO after 6 months, and an annual bonus up to 2% of gross pay.

Overview

• Hauling reefer and dry van freight to Costco stores.
• 100% no-touch and 95% drop-and hook freight.
• Regularly perform slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs.
• 5-6 loads per week.
• Drive within the Northeast.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $3,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
