Job summary

Schneider National in Frederick, MD seeks a CDL-A truck driver for dedicated reefer and dry van runs to Costco stores. This role features 100% no-touch freight with ~5–6 loads per week and routes mainly in the Northeast.

You’ll earn mileage pay plus hourly pay on duty, with weekly pay, sign-on bonuses, paid orientation, and comprehensive benefits including health, 401(k) with match, and generous PTO. Experience with military credits is also recognized.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $3,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
