Schneider National is seeking drivers to haul reefer and dry van freight to Costco stores in a Northeast region. You’ll experience 100% no-touch and 95% drop-and-hook freight with regular back-and-forth routing.

The role offers weekly pay, sign-on bonuses and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental and vision, plus a 401(k) with company match. Ideal candidates live within 45 miles of Frederick, MD.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $3,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
