Job summary

Schneider National in Grand Prairie, TX, is seeking experienced truck drivers for dedicated shuttle routes across Texas and Oklahoma. You will haul Daimler/Freightliner parts in liftgate trailers with 100% hand unloads using pallet jacks.

This role features night driving, weekly performance pay, and generous sign-on bonuses for experienced and inexperienced drivers, plus paid orientation and time off after six months. Expect dependable weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Pay and bonus potential

• Hourly pay.


• Weekly performance pay.


• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.


• $2,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.


• Paid orientation.


• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.


• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
