Job summary

American Driver LLC seeks drivers for a West Metro Atlanta no-touch account out of East Point. Training is paid and you are never left on your own. You will be home every two weeks and at Christmas, with paychecks weekly.

New drivers start with orientation support, 120 hours CDL training if needed, and a trainer for 4–6 weeks. Assigned trucks are 1.5 years old on average, automatic or 10-speed, with routes planned for you.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with a Class A CDL.
• New drivers require at least 120 hours from a CDL school; otherwise, 6 months of recent experience.
• No DUI/DWI in the last 10 years and pass a DOT physical and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Operate a no-touch account with weekly home time, home for Christmas.
• Back up, plan trips, run logs and fuel efficiently as directed by trainer.
• Route planning and on-road execution with driver leader support.

West Metro Atlanta drivers: a dedicated no-touch account out of East Point, home every two weeks and home for Christmas.

Brand-new license, zero miles? You can still start here. Training is paid and you are never thrown in alone.

Pay and miles

• Training pay: $850 a week
• $1,200 average per week
• $0.60 per mile
• About 1,900 miles weekly
• $20 per stop, $100 flat on short hauls
• No unloading
• Paychecks every week

Your first six weeks, step by step

It starts with a phone call.

Our recruiter checks your license and driving record with you up front, so you know where you stand.

Orientation takes 2 days at most.

We cover the hotel and pay you back for a one-way bus ticket. Once you are hired, orientation pays $300.

Then 4 to 6 weeks on the road with a trainer.

They sit beside you while you learn to back up, plan a trip, run your logs and fuel. You earn $850 a week the whole time.

Then the truck is yours.

An assigned truck, about 1.5 years old on average, automatic or 10-speed.

On the road

Plenty of lanes on this account, all no-touch.

Weekends are worked. You will be home for Christmas.

You will need
