Job summary

American Driver LLC is seeking regional dry van drivers to cover the Southeast and East Coast. The role offers home every two weeks, with holidays often spent at home if desired. Training pays $850 per week for 4–6 weeks, plus $300 orientation pay with lodging and bus fare covered.

After solo dispatch, expect about $1,000 per week guaranteed for 3 months, with averages ranging from $1,000 to $1,500 weekly and $15 stop pay plus a performance bonus. Miles run weekly range from 1,800 to 2,300.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and minimum 21 years of age.
• 120 hours CDL school completion or equivalent.
• Trainees welcome; experience: 6 months in last 12 months or 12 months in last 5 years.
• No major preventable accidents in 5 years; no DUI/DWI in 5–10 years.
• Pass hair and urine testing; 3 years verifiable work history.

Responsibilities

• Regional freight work across the Southeast and East Coast.
• Drop and hook with some live loads.
• Maintain delivery schedules and safety compliance.
• Operate on routes with home every two weeks and holiday time optional.

Training

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL, 21+, minimum 120 hours CDL school
• Trainees welcome. Experienced: 6 months in the last 12 or 12 months in the last 5 years
• DD214 considered
• Max 2 moving violations in 2 years
• No major preventable accidents in 5 years, no DUI/DWI in 5 to 10 years
• Pass hair and urine testing, 3 years verifiable work history
