Performance Foodservice in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Driver, Dedicated Backhaul to support our food distribution network. You will operate a tractor-trailer or straight truck on local and interstate routes, ensuring on-time deliveries and safe handling of loads.

The role requires a CDL-A, 21+ years old, and DOT Health Card, with 1+ year of commercial driving; you will be the face of the company, building relationships with customers while complying with DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• CDL-A with valid license.
• Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience.
• Must be 21+ years old and pass DOT health requirements.
• Clean MVR for the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Drive to assigned supplier/vendor and PFG locations per route and schedule.
• Deliver loads back to PFG warehouses and ensure correct product received.
• Complete load paperwork, counts and quality inspections accurately.
• Maintain communication with supervisor regarding route, load, and schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the delivery team.
