What You’ll Need

• Valid Class A CDL

Compliance Requirements

• Possess a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets safety and insurance standards, with no disqualifying violations in the past 36 months as determined by company policy and applicable regulations.*
• Compliance with the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse, including a clear record with no violations prohibiting operation of a commercial motor vehicle.**
• * Disqualifying violations may include but are not limited to: driving under the influence (DUI), reckless driving, license suspension for traffic‑related offenses, and repeated moving violations that indicate a pattern of unsafe driving behavior. Each applicant’s record will be reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis to determine eligibility. The company reserves sole discretion in determining whether violations or driving history present a disqualifying condition.
• ** Compliance with the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse requires a pre‑employment query showing no active violations, such as positive drug or alcohol test results, refusal to test, or other unresolved violations.
