Job summary

Old Dominion Freight Line, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Dockworker/Combination Driver inMissoula, MT to support loading/unloading freight and delivering freight between service centers and customer locations.

Responsibilities include operating a forklift or manual methods, following DOT regulations, and maintaining safe, accurate handling of freight. The role offers flexible shifts, potential weekends, and opportunities for career growth within a national network.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Must possess a valid Class A CDL with double/triple trailers, tanker, and hazardous material endorsements.
• Must meet or exceed the medical standards of the U.S. Department of Transportation.
• Experience driving tractor-trailers and/or graduation from approved driving training.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight on trailers using a motorized forklift, pallet jack or manually in compliance with DOT guidelines.
• Transport freight throughout the service center and between locations using appropriate equipment.
• Read shipping labels and complete required forms for freight movement.
• Secure freight inside trailers and ensure quality loading of all trailers.
